The location, away from the downtown area, provided a peaceful and quiet environment. I appreciated the easy accessibility to various parts of Chiang Mai due to the hotel's location on the ring road. I would recommend this hotel for its value for money and comfortable accommodations.

Tijdens ons verblijf in een hotel in het centrum van de stad hadden we een prima ervaring. We waren blij met de locatie, omdat het hotel dichtbij alle activiteiten lag die we gepland hadden in en rondom de stad. Gelukkig de inrichting van de kamers en het restaurant in de lobby waren van goede kwaliteit. Helaas was er één negatief aspect: we werden iets teveel pusherig benaderd om te investeren in het Marriott Vacation Club.

the ongoing construction work outside our hotel was quite loud and disruptive at times, which made it difficult to fully relax.

Had a NYE getaway at a hotel that was meant to be a good value. Enjoyed the fireworks view from the rooftop bar, which was stunning, and the fact that breakfast was included in the package. The shuttle service to key locations was a plus, as we didn't have to worry about transportation.

The experience went downhill from there. Staff were not accommodating and the room was not cleaned properly.
